Anlin Windows vs Milgard | Company Info
Anlin has been making vinyl windows since the year 1990 – making them just over 30 years old. In 2001, the company revamped their manufacturing process, placing a higher emphasis on energy efficiency and functionality.
Today, they sell a handful of window and door series across much of the western half of the U.S. (This is one of the ways in which Anlin and Milgard are very much alike one another.) The premium Anlin Del Mar series is one (if not the) best vinyl windows available to this half of the country.

Milgard Ratings
Milgard has a so-so reputation in the industry for a couple of reasons. One, they tend to sell their lower end vinyl windows to many large builders who use them on large residential projects. This tends to not be conducive to consumer satisfaction over time. The other factor is that they sell a lot of windows (often at lower price points) and so there are more bad reviews circulating out there on the company. All ratings are from 1 to 10.
