Basics Of Sunrise Windows
The company is headquartered in Michigan and manufactures 3 main product lines; Essentials, Verde and the Restoration (see below for more). In general, their products have very thin sash profiles.
Sunrise Windows Cost
Basic Price Range: $400 to $750 installed
Sunrise window prices are in the mid range of all manufacturers. Customers can purchase an Essentials replacement window for around $450 (add $115 for omegas12 glass package). This price includes installation cost.

Sunrise Essentials
The Essentials is their main replacement window line and which receives high marks from many installers.

Sunrise Verde
The Verde is a “private label” available to certain companies. Includes Solar clean glass (Solar12), a stainless steel spacer – it has no reinforcement on the lower sash as the Restoration does.

Sunrise Restoration
Their top-of-the-line is the Restorations Series, essentially a step up from the verde. The Restoration offers a fiberglass reinforced window sashes, Omega12 glass from Cardinal – basically better bells and whistles.

Sunrise Windows Warranty
The company offers a non-prorated lifetime transferable warranty. The warranty can be transferred to a new home for $50. Exclusions apply but this is a very good warranty and the company seems to really stand behind their work.
