Suggesting the best California replacement windows is a tall task, mainly because we are talking about a large and diverse state. We’ve broken up our suggestions into 5 regions, the Bay Area, Sacramento, the Central Valley, Los Angeles and San Diego.
We will be updating the page periodically in order to provide a better list for our users. For additional recommendations to add to our list of top rated replacement windows in California, please email us at info@replacementwindowsconnect.com.
Bay Area
The Bay Area has some good options and many of them are fairly high end.
Marvin is an excellent option for both fiberglass and wood clad with their Ultimate Series. While not a cheap option, the company tends to get excellent reviews from both contractors and homeowners.
Andersen is available for wood clad, although their products are certainly not inexpensive. Andersen doe make a composite frame that is quite attractive and comes in a number of frame colors and finish options – their 100 Series Window.
Here are some decent vinyl window manufacturers.
Sacramento
Halls Window Center sells the Marvin Infinity, which is one of the top fiberglass performers (we know very little about Halls Window Center though).
Central Valley

Anlin
Los Angeles
Superior windows is a vinyl manufacturers that gets pretty solid reviews for their products and customer service.

San Diego
San Diego has some good companies such as Newman Replacement Windows that sells Milgard and Jeld Wen vinyl windows (check our our Jeld Wen window reviews more on these guys). B & H sells Anlin, which is a solid vinyl window manufacturer. The Pella 250 and 350 vinyl windows is certainly a step in the right direction for Pella, which has had a pretty poor reputation when it comes to the vinyl window market.
