The Window World Guarantee or warranty is a reasonably straight forward document that is easy to read and understand. This is a breath of fresh air when compared with other window company warranties that often have convoluted and hard-to-read and understand language. I’ve listed the main
Company Rating: 7.5 out of 10
Overall Price Point: 7.0 out of 10
Bottom Line: Window World is growing on me, although I think you have to judge them on a branch by branch basis. The Window World Guarantee is a net positive in my book. I think they are well worth a bid, if for no other reason than a filler price quote.

Window World Guarantee And Warranty Terms
Here are my summaries of a WW warranty. Please note that warranty terms can change (and often do) over time. Always (and I mean always) make sure you read the most up-to-date warranty before you buy any replacement windows and doors.
Vinyl Parts – Window World warrants that their windows and doors will be free from manufacturing defects. This is for the lifetime of the original owner or purchaser of the windows. Specifically, that the vinyl mainframe won’t rot, corrode or blister under normal use.
Mechanical Parts – including balances, locks, and vent stops, will be free from manufacturing defects. The company will supply replacement mechanical parts at no charge to the consumer.
Glass Breakage – the warranty provides for replacement glass in case of accidental breakage.
Labor Provision – any and all labor required to cover these warranty terms will be provided by the local Window World branch with no cost to the consumer.
Transfer-ability – the warranty can be transferred to a subsequent owner if the following two conditions are met. The new owner must notify WW of the title transfer within 30 days. Included in this notification is a $50 transfer fee. There are a couple of other specifics involved here, so do yourself a favor and read you the very latest warranty terms prior to purchase. Also, very important, the labor warranty will not transfer to the new owner.
Limitations and Exclusions
There are a number of limitations and exclusions (as with all window warranties) that apply to the window world guarantee. This makes sense and here is the link to one of the Window World Warranty documents that list the limitations. Worth a glance I think.
