Hello, looking to get 11 windows and potentially a patio door replaced in my 1952 home in Grand Rapids, MI. 2 windows are 63” x 52” picture windows, 9 are double hung windows, and the patio door is a 72”x80”. Basically, we’re looking for basic vinyl windows in white. FYI, we are planning on moving within 5 years so price is a large factor which many companies totally ignored.
Pella 250 Window – Quote was for all the standard features on this window (local dealer, not from Lowes)
So, $23,500 for the windows and door.

Champion Windows – Quotes were for the 365 triple pane glass, and 2 sliders instead of picture windows in the front.
So, $27,243 for the windows and door
Then, $21,732 for the windows only, later they dropped to $14,910 for the cash only price
Renewal by Andersen – think they quoted me triple pane and not double pane, but I didn’t receive any information besides the price on a piece of paper. Unfortunately, the sales pitch was over 3 hours and they won’t give me any technical specs on the window. Makes the Andersen windows look like a bargain lol.
So, $36,XXX for the windows and door.
Then, $29,160 for the windows only, $26,244 cash price.
Provia Endure Windows – these have been recommended by an industry professional i trust and have been around for 18 years. So, in a word, I’m comfortable with the installer.
So, $10,300 for the triple pane Endure windows only with sliders in the front picture windows.
Then, $13,500 for triple pane endure windows and patio door and sliders in the front picture windows.

Jeff, the Provia Endure is a great option in both the window and door. In fact, one of the best on the market – forget the rest and go with the Premier Exteriors. As well, the bid is less money and a better product – what’s not to love!
