Windows USA Reviews
Windows USA sells what they call the Alaskan Window System. I don’t hear much about this window so I can’t say whether or not it is a quality product. From what I saw online, I would say that it is a middle of the road vinyl window.
Windows USA Warranty
The company is a bit cagey about their warranty (specifically whether you have to buy it or whether the windows automatically come with the following). It looks to be 20 years on manufacturing defects and this should cover all parts on the vinyl window.
The warrant also looks to cover condensation between the glass and accidental glass breakage. As well, it covers broken screens. Please note, warranty terms and exclusions are often changing so please read the specific warranty on the product you are buying prior to purchase to make sure nothing has changed.
