Jancor windows operated 2 vinyl window companies out of Perrysburg Ohio, under the names Kensinton Windows and Survivor Door & Window Systems. In 2003, the company manufacturered nearly a million units between these two lines and their distribution channels.

Survivor Technologies was headquartered in Hillside, NJ. For the most part, Survivor Door & Window Systems sold to the building industry, including wholesale distributors and big retail home centers. Survivor focused on new construction and replacement vinyl windows. The actual window brand was called Architects Select, as well as several other private brands.
Kensington Windows
Kensington Windows was headquartered in Vandergirft, PA. For the most part, Kensington Windows sold to the building industry, including specialty dealers and nationwide wholesale distributors. These windows were marketed to the higher end residential replacement windows market. They were touted as having high end glass, framing and hardware, as well as energy efficient features. They were sold under a variety of brands which included Arlington, Quantum II, Huntingtoon Plus and Kingston.
Jancor Files For Bankruptcy
In late 2008, Jancor filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and stopped production in their 5 manufacturing plants. No commment from the company indicated that they intended to reopen their doors once the Chapter 11 process ran its course. According to an online forum, Serious windows bought up the Kensington line and is now manufacturing a window in the same vein as the Quantum II with foam insulated frames and recessed locks.
