Milgard Windows Warranty
Milgard offers homeowners a full lifetime warranty on their window lines. The warranty applies to the orignial buyer although it covers a transfer of ownership for 10 years. Milgard claims they will replace or repair all defective materials and/or workmanship and pay for the labor and the cost of parts. There are exclusions as always — i.e. what the company does not consider defective, such as the gradual loss of gas fills, frame discoloration etc.
