Simonton is a comparable window to CertainTeed and Pella. Simonton is a bit more expensive than CertainTeed windows, but they are generally considered a better manufacturer. They offer a good lead time when ordering the windows.

Simonton Reflections 50/50, 5500 And Impressions 9800

Both carry a lifetime warranty on the vinyl and mechanical parts and a 20 year waarranty on glass failure. The 5500 is perhaps a better choice considering you can upgrade a Super Spacer. Simonton also has their top-of-the-line, Impressions 9800. Homeowners can upgrade to triple pane and/or Super Spacer to get a full lifetime warranty.
