I didn’t have a problem with the windows themselves, but the prices were problematic. The sales guy who came to our house insisted that I buy a color window frame that I didn’t want. When I finally explained that it was the my choice or no choice, he wasn’t able to give me a total cost unless we visited the showroom. Huh??? The prices kept changing and they seemed to lower if we agreed right then and there to sign the purchase order.
He even tried to get sympathy about his family and a sick dog with cancer. It was a bad experience and I never did get the total window cost for the 5 Andersen windows.
